As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring continuity for pupils while supporting the wider school community.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range.
- Follow school policies and lesson plans to maintain continuity of learning.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate.
- Adapt confidently to different year groups and classroom settings.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Is flexible, reliable, and professional.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
- Is available to start from September 2026.
Salary
£130 – £160 per day, depending on experience and assignment requirements.
