Schools Mutual Services are a not-for-profit mutual set up by Education leaders to provide Education establishments with a transparent and quality focused recruitment service that is both cost effective and returns any profit back into Education.

Schools Mutual Services operates as a mutual organisation, whereby the company’s customers are also its owners. As such, they are entitled to receive a share of the profits generated by the mutual company.

Schools Mutual Services is chaired by Nick Hurn OBE, CEO of the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust and Vice-Chaired by Sir Ken Gibson of Harton Academy.

Schools Mutual Services provide recruitment solutions to members by providing services ranging from short term to long term temporary bookings to contract and permanent professional placement and support.

We cover all educational roles which include Teachers, Support Roles, and business-related education roles. We provide our candidates health and wellbeing support, which is a unique offering and sets us apart.
