💛 The Role

You’ll work closely with the Reception teacher to create a stimulating, engaging and caring classroom environment. Your role will include:

• Supporting whole-class learning through play-based and structured activities

• Providing 1:1 and small group support

• Delivering targeted interventions in early literacy, numeracy and communication

• Supporting pupils with SEND (experience in this area would be highly valued)

• Helping children grow socially, emotionally and academically

• Has experience working in Early Years or primary settings

• Is patient, caring and adaptable

• Has a genuine passion for supporting young children

• Has SEND experience (ideal but not essential)

• Loves being part of a collaborative team
