You’ll work closely with the Reception teacher to create a stimulating, engaging and caring classroom environment. Your role will include:

Supporting whole-class learning through play-based and structured activities

Providing 1:1 and small group support

Delivering targeted interventions in early literacy, numeracy and communication

Supporting pupils with SEND (experience in this area would be highly valued)

Helping children grow socially, emotionally and academically

Has experience working in Early Years or primary settings

Is patient, caring and adaptable

Has a genuine passion for supporting young children

Has SEND experience (ideal but not essential)
