About the Role
Schools Mutual Services is recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants to work across a range of school settings, supporting children and young adults with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This role includes opportunities in specialist provisions and PRU-style environments, where you will support students who require structure, consistency, and strong relational support to access education.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs
- Support positive behaviour strategies and emotional regulation
- Build strong, consistent relationships with pupils
- Assist in delivering tailored learning and intervention plans

Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
