Salary: £140.00 – £190.26 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role

As a Primary Supply Class Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality teaching and learning when schools need additional support.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EHCPs.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and school staff.
• Mark work and provide feedback where required.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Represent Schools Mutual Services professionally in every school you support.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A flexible and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
