We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Nursery and Supply Teachers to work with our wonderful family of schools. You will teach pupils aged 3 to 5, working in an engaging learning environment across the full foundation stage, including both Nursery and Reception classes.
We need Nursery and Early Years Supply Teachers who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent specialism in Early Years or Primary Education
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its practical application
- Is passionate about early years education and recognises the transformative power of high-quality teaching in the early stages of life.
- Has proven experience teaching or supporting children in Nursery and/or Reception classes.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Is nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic, bringing energy and inspiration to the classroom.
- Values creativity and play as essential tools for learning and development.
- Is adaptable and resilient, ready to meet the joyful unpredictability of life with young learners.

You will need a recognised UK teaching qualification or overseas equivalent and recent successful teaching or teaching practice together with a minimum of 12 months classroom experience. You must be able to provide references for your teaching experience and have the right to work in the UK.

About the Nursery and Early Years Supply Teaching Role:
- Deliver creative, stimulating lessons and activities tailored to the unique developmental needs of children aged 3–5.
- Support children’s progress in all areas of learning and development, in line with the EYFS curriculum.
- Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to explore.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s achievements, using this information to inform future planning within the school setting, and ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers to support children’s learning and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and early years practitioners as part of a close-knit team.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all children at all times in line with safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Encourage curiosity, independence, and a growth mindset through purposeful play and structured experiences.
