KS2 Teacher Job Consett | Part-Time Y3/4 Role
Location: Consett
Working Pattern: 2 Days per Week (Thursday & Friday)
Pay: £135–£160 per day
Start Date: Thursday 23rd April
About the Role
We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to work within a Year 3/4 class in a welcoming primary school in Consett. This is a part-time role (2 days per week) as part of a job share arrangement, with planning already provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons to a mixed Year 3/4 class
- Follow and implement pre-planned lessons effectively
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Support pupils’ learning and progression across KS2
- Work collaboratively with the class teacher and wider staff team
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to deliver pre-planned lessons confidently
- Flexible and reliable approach
