📋 Key Responsibilities
As a Primary School Teacher, you will:

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons across all areas of the national primary curriculum.

Create a safe, inclusive learning environment that motivates and inspires pupils to achieve their best.

Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high standards of pupil conduct.

Communicate regularly with parents/carers to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

Collaborate with colleagues, teaching assistants and leadership teams to enhance whole-school outcomes.

Participate in school events, professional development sessions and meetings as required.
🎯 Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.

Recent primary classroom experience and strong understanding of Key Stages 1 & 2 teaching.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
