Schools Mutual Services is delighted to be recruiting two Learning Managers on behalf of one of our partner secondary schools in Dudley.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a dedicated pastoral team, supporting students to achieve their full potential both academically and personally. If you’re passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and thrive in school, we’d love to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about supporting children and young people.
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills.
- Calm, resilient and approachable.
- Able to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities.
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.
Experience in schools, education, youth services, mentoring, pastoral care, safeguarding or behaviour support would be advantageous but is not essential.
