Schools Mutual Services is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to support one of our partner secondary schools in Dudley.
We currently have one long-term vacancy available, with a strong possibility of a second position becoming available shortly, making this an excellent time to register with the UK’s only not-for-profit education supply agency.

About the Role
As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping students to develop strong literacy, communication and analytical skills.
You’ll create lessons that inspire a love of reading, writing and literature while encouraging every learner to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and creative English lessons
- Inspire students of all abilities
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement
- Prepare students for GCSE success
- Work collaboratively with an experienced department
- Contribute positively to school life
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Passionate about English Language and Literature
- Able to inspire and motivate young people
- Committed to raising student achievement
- Organised, enthusiastic and adaptable
- A strong communicator with excellent classroom management
