A Level Business Studies Teacher – Birmingham

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Contract: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience

Salary: £26,816.39 – £52,524.29 per year, dependent on experience

 

Schools Mutual Services is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable A Level Business Studies Teacher to join a fantastic Sixth Form school in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging A Level Business Studies lessons, helping students develop their analytical, evaluative and quantitative skills while building a strong understanding of the modern business world.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), ideally with a specialism in Business.
  • Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching Business Studies at A Level.
  • A passion for making Business Studies accessible, engaging and relevant to young people.
  • The ability to deliver challenging lessons that encourage independent thinking and discussion.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills.
  • The ability to differentiate effectively and support students with different learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and contributing to a positive school culture.
  • A genuine desire to help Sixth Form students achieve their potential.
