We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant, to work as a SEN Recruitment Consultant for Schools Mutual Services.
The Role:
As a SEN Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting schools by providing high-quality SEN staff to meet their requirements. You’ll build relationships with schools and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that positively impacts the lives of students with additional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with SEN schools, provisions, and candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to matching them with suitable roles.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment regulations, including DBS checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Achieve and exceed targets in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, education, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for supporting the education sector.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and compliance within education recruitment (training will be provided).

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Pay: £25,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
