We are looking to recruit a Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Oxford.
Your Role as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting Learning Activities: Assist teachers in delivering lessons, ensuring that all students can participate and engage fully in classroom activities.
- Individual Support: Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students, particularly those with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.
- Classroom Preparation: Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher, ensuring that lessons run smoothly.
- Behaviour Management: Support the teacher in maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment by promoting good behaviour and addressing any disruptions.
- Administrative Assistance: Help with administrative tasks such as taking attendance, preparing teaching materials, and organising displays.
- Monitoring Student Progress: Observe and report on student performance, providing feedback to teachers to help inform lesson planning and support strategies.
