A school in Oxford is looking for an Early Careers Teacher to join their team.

Your Role as an Early Careers Teacher:
- Teaching and Learning: Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, adapting teaching styles to meet the needs of all learners.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment by setting clear expectations for behaviour and encouraging mutual respect.
- Curriculum Development: Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to curriculum planning, ensuring lessons are relevant and engaging.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback sessions to develop your teaching practice and meet professional standards.
- Assessment and Feedback: Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help pupils achieve their full potential.
- Parental Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents and carers by keeping them informed about their child’s progress and wellbeing.
